Welcome to ChemAxon presentation site for JChem for SharePoint product.

 

This demo site is read-only for non authenticated users.

To start using the site with an authenticated user:

    • You can use your user on www.chemaxon.com to authenticate. (If you do not have a user, please register here)
      • Click Sign In in the upper right corner.
      • After signing in, click your user name in the upper right corner and select My Site to create your own site.
      • (Optional) You can have a sample data created to your site by navigating to Site Actions (upper left corner) and select Create Sample Data option.
    • You also have the option to request an Active Directory account for yourself or for your company 

     

The content on the demo site demonstrates the following features:

  • NCI100 list:
    • Structure: JChem Structure Field - allows users to add molecules to native SharePoint lists
    • logP, IUPAC Name: JChem Calculated Field - performs different expression calculations for molecules
    • BMF: JChem Calculated Field - like JChem Calculated Field, this field allows the calculation of expressions which have as result molecules
  • Wombat:
    • Structure: JChem Structure Field - allows users to add molecules to native SharePoint lists
    • JChem Structure Filter webpart: allows users to filter structure lists using different structure search options
  • Wiki, Blog and Discussion Board:
    • RTE Extension: enables users to add and edit molecules using native SharePoint rich text editor.
  • Sample Webparts:
    • Calculated Image: demonstrates the functionality of Calculated Image Webpart that allows users to view additional information on molecule images
  • Charts:
    • Visifire Charts: shows how Visifire charts can be used with structure lists (in this case NCI100) to generate charts of several calculated fields (mass, logP, atom count, donor count)
    • Microsoft Charts: like Visifire Charts, it shows how Microsoft Charts can be integrated into SharePoint to generate charts of several fields in structure lists
